Marlo Broekmans (b.1953) is a Dutch photographer.
After studies in pedagogy and psychology until 1977, Marlo Broekmans became a freelance photographer in 1978, and worked closely with Diana Blok between 1979 and 1981.
Marlo Broekmans worked a specific style of staging itself, combining performance and photographic double exposure, on psycho-mythical and erotic themes. Her way of using light in his works was influenced by constructivism and cubism.
Through his work, Marlo Broekmans was recognized not only in the Netherlands but also across Europe.
